Reading the record
Updated on 2026-08-22
In Klanten → Klanten (Clients → Clients), click a row. You land on the record, with the client's name as the page title. Bewerken (edit) is at the top right.
The order of the blocks is not random: what you need to know before you start is at the top.
Let op — careful
This red block appears only when at least one note has been pinned — an allergy, a sensitive scalp, an earlier complaint. For every note you read the text, with underneath it who wrote it and when.
If there is nothing, there is no empty frame either. An empty yellow bar teaches you to look away, and then you miss the time there really is something.
See Notes.
Klant — client
Naam (name), Gsm (mobile), E-mail (both with a copy button), Adres (address), Postcode (postcode), Gemeente (town), Geboortedatum (date of birth), Vaste medewerker (regular staff member) (or Geen voorkeur — no preference) and Taal (language).
Bezoeken — visits
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Bezoeken (visits) | the number of appointments, counted live |
| Laatste bezoek (last visit) | the most recent appointment in the past, or Nog nooit geweest (never been) |
| Tegoed (credit) | this client's outstanding credit |
| Klant sinds (client since) | the month of the first appointment |
The number of visits is counted from the appointments themselves and not from a stored figure. Those columns came over from Optios empty, and a client with forty colour formulas who reads "0 visits" here stops believing the rest of the screen too.
Afspraken maken — making appointments
A collapsed block with five checkboxes: Topklant (top client), Geblokkeerd online (blocked online) (red when on), Voorschot verplicht (deposit required), Mag e-mail (may receive email) and Mag sms (may receive SMS).
The three tabs
At the bottom of the record are three tabs, in a hairdresser's reading order: first what you open the record for, then what was agreed, then the history.
- Kleurformules — colour formulas
- Opmerkingen — notes
- Afspraken (appointments)
The Afspraken tab
The visit history: Datum (date) (with the time underneath), Diensten (services), Door (by) and Status.
Look, don't change. There are no buttons here: you move appointments in the calendar, not in a table. You can filter on status though: Geboekt, Bevestigd, Aanwezig, Afgewerkt, Niet gekomen, Geannuleerd (booked, confirmed, present, finished, no-show, cancelled).
If there is nothing yet: Nog geen afspraken — Zodra deze klant in de agenda staat, verschijnt het bezoek hier. — no appointments yet — as soon as this client is in the calendar, the visit appears here.
