Staff performance

Updated on 2026-08-22

Rapporten → Persoonsprestaties (Reports → Staff performance). Opens on this month, with a chart Omzet per medewerker (revenue per staff member) in which you also see which part is product sales.

The table

Revenue follows the till line, not the cashier: on a shared receipt every staff member gets his own lines.

Column Meaning
Medewerker (staff member)
Omzet incl. btw / Omzet excl. btw (revenue incl. VAT / excl. VAT)
Klanten (customers) receipts on which this staff member has at least one line
Gemiddelde bon (average receipt) the revenue of this staff member divided by his receipts
Diensten (services)
Productverkoop (product sales)
Aandeel product (product share) the percentage of his own revenue
Geboekt actief (booked active) the hours in which he actually worked
Beschikbaar (available) from the work schedule; when there is none
Bezettingsgraad (utilisation rate) active divided by available; without a denominator

The list is sorted on revenue, highest first.

Two rules that keep the figure honest

Revenue hangs on the receipt line, not on the receipt. Whoever settled up is the cashier, not necessarily the hairdresser. Assigning revenue to whoever took the payment would inflate the figures of the front-desk staff member.

"Klanten" is the number of receipts, not the number of lines. Someone who performs two services on the same customer has helped one customer.

That is also why the gemiddelde bon is that of this staff member and not that of the salon: otherwise every staff member would get the whole receipt in his name and the averages together would add up to more than your revenue.

What you do not see here

Cabins and chairs. They do get a calendar column, but no performance figures.

Frequently asked questions

For one staff member the utilisation rate is empty. There is no work schedule for that person. A percentage without a denominator is not a figure.

There are lines without a staff member in my till. Those do not carry revenue to anyone either. Look in the till for the red message medewerker ontbreekt (staff member missing).
