The overview screen
Updated on 2026-08-22
After logging in you land on Overzicht (overview). Above the tiles is today's date, written out in full: zaterdag 22 augustus 2026.
The screen shows three blocks, in the order of a working day: first the bridge to the outside, then today's figures, then the list you work through the day with.
Your online booking page
The block Je online boekingspagina (your online booking page) with the text Dit is het adres dat je klanten zien. Open het om de boeking zelf te doorlopen zoals zij hem doorlopen. (this is the address your clients see; open it to walk through the booking yourself the way they do). You will find:
- the name of your salon;
- a button Bekijk de boekingspagina (view the booking page) (opens in a new tab);
- the bare URL, with a Kopieer (copy) button next to it — which turns into Gekopieerd (copied) for two seconds;
- a QR code with Scan of print voor aan de balie (scan or print for the front desk) underneath.
The QR code is redrawn on every page view. That way it never points at an old address after you change domain.
Today
Under the heading Vandaag (today) there are five figures.
| Tile | What it means |
|---|---|
| Afspraken vandaag (appointments today) | the number of appointments, with Van 09:00 tot 18:30 (from 09:00 to 18:30) underneath — or Geen afspraken vandaag (no appointments today) |
| Bezetting deze week (occupancy this week) | the percentage of the scheduled hours that is actually booked, with 32,5 u van 40,0 u ingepland (32.5 h booked out of 40.0 h) underneath |
| Omzet deze maand (revenue this month) | the sum of this month's closed receipts, VAT included, with the difference against last month underneath |
| Onder minimumvoorraad (below minimum stock) | the number of products you ought to reorder |
| Opkuisvoorstellen (cleanup proposals) | the number of findings from the Optios import still waiting for your judgement |
Two tiles can be clicked through: Onder minimumvoorraad opens the product list with the filter already switched on, and Opkuisvoorstellen opens that screen.
Not one figure here is an estimate. If the data is missing, the caption says so, instead of showing a zero that means nothing:
- Kassa nog niet in gebruik (till not in use yet) — no receipt has ever been closed;
- Vorige maand geen omzet geboekt (no revenue recorded last month) — there is nothing to compare against;
- Ingeplande stoeltijd — uurroosters nog niet ingegeven (scheduled chair time — work schedules not entered yet) — there is no work schedule to measure occupancy against, so hours appear instead of a percentage.
Why occupancy looks lower than you expect
Only active blocks count. During a processing block the colour is developing and the staff member is free for someone else. Counting those minutes would make your salon look fuller than it is — and then you would stop double-booking exactly when it pays off.
Appointments today
The list at the bottom shows, per appointment, the Uur (time) (with tot 10:15, until 10:15, underneath), the Klant (client) (or Zonder klantfiche, without a client record, with the mobile number underneath), the Diensten (services), who is doing it under Door (by), and the Status.
Click a row and the client record opens. For the real work you go to Agenda.
If there is nothing: Geen afspraken vandaag — Een rustige dag — of de agenda staat nog open voor boekingen. (no appointments today — a quiet day — or the agenda is still open for bookings).
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no mini agenda here? Because the real agenda is one click away and is much better. This is the list you tick off who has already arrived on.
