Setting up the booking page

Where do I find it?
Instellingen → Online boeken (Settings → Online booking). Subtitle: Alles wat een klant op uw boekingspagina te zien krijgt en mag doen. (Everything a client gets to see on your booking page and is allowed to do there.)
The sections are in the order in which you think about them.
What the client reads
Twee teksten die u zelf schrijft. Ze staan er letterlijk zoals u ze hier typt — er komt niets van HairConnect bij. (Two texts you write yourself. They appear literally as you type them here — nothing from HairConnect is added.)
Welkomstbericht (welcome message) — appears at the top of the booking page. The place for a holiday period, a waiting list or a service you would rather arrange by email. Leave it empty and there is nothing, no empty frame.
Annulatievoorwaarden (cancellation terms) — appear at the bottom of every email to your clients. Anyone who wants to be able to charge for a no-show must be able to show that the client read them beforehand; this text is that proof.
What the client may change themselves
Hoe korter u dit zet, hoe meer laatste-minuutgaten u zelf moet vullen. Hoe langer, hoe vaker een klant belt in plaats van klikt. (The shorter you set this, the more last-minute gaps you have to fill yourself. The longer, the more often a client phones instead of clicks.)

What the client gets to see

E-mailadres laten bevestigen is what stops no-shows caused by a typo in the address — those never get their reminder otherwise. The appointment does go straight into your calendar; the confirmation email waits until the client enters the six-digit code, and then the status jumps to Bevestigd (confirmed). Anyone who has confirmed once never sees this again.

Saving
There is a Bewaren (save) button at the top and at the bottom of the form. After saving you read Bewaard — De wijzigingen staan meteen op de boekingspagina. (Saved — The changes are on the booking page immediately.)
