Notes and the Let op block

Updated on 2026-08-22

A note is what a colleague needs to know for the next visit. An allergy, a sensitive scalp, an earlier complaint, "never short at the back".

Where do I find them?

On the client record, tab Opmerkingen (notes).

Writing down a note

  1. Click Opmerking toevoegen (add note).
  2. Opmerking (note) — the text (mandatory).
  3. Door (by) — which staff member.
  4. Bovenaan de fiche tonen (show at the top of the record)Voor wat je moet weten vóór je begint: allergie, gevoelige hoofdhuid, eerdere klacht.for what you need to know before you start: allergy, sensitive scalp, earlier complaint.

Pinning

If you switch on Bovenaan de fiche tonen, three things happen:

  • the note goes into the red Let op (careful) block at the top of the record;
  • it appears in the detail window of every appointment for that client, in a red frame;
  • it appears on the block in the calendar itself, in red, when that block is tall enough.

It also shows up at the till, in an orange bar above the receipt.

An allergy is something you have to see without scrolling.

The list

Pinned notes are at the top, then newest first. Sorting on date alone would bury an old allergy at the bottom.

Per row: a small flag (red and filled when pinned), the Opmerking (note), Door (by) and Genoteerd (recorded).

The first button on every row is called Bovenaan (to the top) when the note is not pinned yet, and Losmaken (unpin) when it is. One click, without confirmation.

Beyond that you can Bewerken (edit) and Verwijderen (delete).

If there is nothing yet: Nog geen opmerkingen — Noteer wat een collega moet weten voor het volgende bezoek.no notes yet — write down what a colleague needs to know for the next visit.

What the client sees of this

Nothing. Notes are internal. They are deliberately not included in the data export a client can pull from the portal.

Frequently asked questions

How many notes can I pin? As many as you want, but only pin what you really need to know before the visit. Nobody reads a block with seven lines any more.
