Packages — fixed combinations

Updated on 2026-08-22

A package is a fixed combination of services: "cut + colour + blow-dry" as a single choice for the client, with one price. On the booking page they are called Packages.

Where do I find it?

Salon → Menu's (Salon → Packages).

The form

Wat is het — what is it

Field Mandatory Notes
Naam (name) yes
Categorie (category) no from the existing package categories
Omschrijving (description) no
Diensten in dit menu (services in this package) no a picklist in which you tick several

Prijs en boeking — price and booking

Field Notes
Prijs (price) Leeg = de som van de losse diensten.empty = the sum of the individual services.
Online boekbaar (bookable online) on by default
Alleen voor bestaande klanten (existing clients only) off by default
Actief (active) on by default

In the list, the price column reads literally som van de diensten (sum of the services) when the amount is empty.

On the booking page

Packages sit at the top, before the individual services. Every package is a single button: the client taps it and moves straight on to the next step.

A package without linked services does not appear online. There is simply nothing to plan. So always check that the Diensten in dit menu field has been filled in.

At the till

There is a separate Menu's (packages) tab. One tap puts the package on the receipt as a single line, at the package price.

The list

Menu (package) (with the description underneath), Categorie (category), Diensten (services) (the number), Prijs (price), Online and Actief (active). Filters on Categorie and Online boekbaar.

If there is nothing yet: Nog geen menu's — Bundel diensten die vaak samen geboekt worden tot één keuze met één prijs.no packages yet — bundle services that are often booked together into one choice with one price.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a package take in the calendar? As long as the services attached to it, each with its own duration and processing time. The price is one amount; the time stays the sum of the parts.

Where do I create package categories? There is no management screen for that. The picklist only shows categories that are already in the database.
