Wat de klant van u ziet: op de boekingspagina, onderaan elke bevestigingsmail en op uw facturen. — What the client sees of you: on the booking page, at the bottom of every confirmation email and on your invoices.
Only the zaakvoerder (owner) can reach the settings screens.
Name and logo

Where you are
Zolang deze velden leeg zijn, toont de boekingspagina géén adres. Beter niets dan een adres dat niet klopt: een klant die voor een gesloten deur staat, komt niet terug. — As long as these fields are empty, the booking page shows no address at all. Better nothing than an address that is wrong: a client standing in front of a closed door does not come back.

The country also determines how phone numbers and VAT are written on documents.
How people reach you

| E-mailadres (email address) | Hier komt het antwoord terecht van een klant die op "beantwoorden" duwt in een bevestigingsmail. The VAT number is checked and stored in one fixed format. If it is not correct: Dit is geen geldig Belgisch btw-nummer. Vorm: BE0123.456.789. — This is not a valid Belgian VAT number. Format: BE0123.456.789.
A field you clear really does stay empty — and the booking page then does not show it.
Why those fields may be empty
Optios does not supply a salon's address through its connection, so the fields came out of the migration empty. Fill them in yourself and do not invent them: this is how a salon in Ghent once ended up on a street where it had never been.
Where this data shows up
- on the booking page, under Where;
- at the bottom of every email to your clients;
- on your invoices.
The address and the VAT number are not on the kasticket (receipt) today. See Checking out and closing.
Saving
There is a Bewaren (save) button at the top and at the bottom. After saving you read Bewaard — De wijzigingen staan meteen op de boekingspagina. — Saved — the changes are on the booking page straight away.
