What the client sees

Your booking page has its own address, in the form .../en/your-salon. The page exists in Dutch, French and English; the client picks their language in the address.

The booking runs in five steps. At the top of each step you see Step 3 of 5 with the name of the step: Service · Stylist · Time · Details · Confirm. From step 2 onwards there is also a summary block Your appointment with a Change link on each line.

Step 1 — Service

Heading: Book an appointment, and below it What would you like done?

Your welcome message appears at the top, if you set one.

Then two blocks:

  • Packages — your packages. Each package is a single button that goes straight on to the next step. A package with no services attached to it does not appear.
  • Individual services — tick boxes, grouped by category in your own order. You can combine several services in one appointment.

Price and duration only appear if you switch those settings on. A service that is for existing clients only carries the badge For returning clients only.

At the bottom, two smaller buttons: Ask us to call you and Waiting list.

Button at the bottom: Continue. Without a choice you read Pick a service first.

Step 2 — Stylist

Heading: Who would you like to see?

At the top the button No preference with below it Whoever is free will help you. — if you allow that option. Then every staff member with a photo or an initial.

At the bottom the tip: No room left? Pick “no preference” — that often helps.

Cabins and chairs do not appear here.

Step 3 — Time

Heading: When suits you?

The free slots are grouped per day, with the full day name and date as the title. Each slot is a button with the time on it; with no preference it says with Kris underneath.

  • A slot that fits exactly between two appointments gets the label Fits neatly.
  • A busy day gets the badge Busy, with Little room left on this day.
  • If there are more slots than you set, you read and 6 more times.
  • Navigate by week with ‹ Earlier and Later ›. Closed days are skipped.
  • At the bottom: You can book up to 3 months ahead.

If nothing is free, No free time found appears with the text Try a later week, or pick “no preference”. Still nothing? Join the waiting list — we let you know as soon as something opens up. and the buttons Add me to the list and Call me back.

Step 4 — Details

Heading: Your details, with above it We need your email address to confirm the appointment.

Button: Continue.

Step 5 — Confirm

Heading: Your appointment. A receipt with the date in large type, then Service, Stylist, possibly Duration and Total, and the client line with a Change link.

Below that the block Before you confirm:

  • You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance.
  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
  • You will get an email to confirm your appointment. (only when you have email confirmation switched on)
  • below that your cancellation terms, literally as you typed them.

Button: Confirm appointment.

Done

A seal with a tick, the heading Your appointment is noted, and a receipt with the date, the weekday, the time, the Stylist and Where — your salon name with street, postcode and town.

Below that, where applicable: Check your inbox and confirm through the link we sent. and You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance.

Two buttons: See your appointments on your client page and Book another appointment.

What is not on the booking page

  • No payment step. There is no deposit or prepayment in the booking flow.
  • No consent tick boxes. No "I agree", no newsletter box. The only text with terms is your own cancellation terms on step 5.
  • No SMS. Everything runs by email.

Frequently asked questions

It says "The calendar cannot be searched right now". The search engine was briefly unreachable. The client then deliberately does not get an empty list but an explanation, with the buttons for a call back and for the waiting list.

A client cannot book and reads "Online booking is not possible for this address. Please contact the salon." On their client record, Geblokkeerd voor online boeken (blocked for online booking) is switched on.
