Where do I find it?

On the Overzicht (Overview), in the block Je online boekingspagina (your online booking page):

• the button Bekijk de boekingspagina (view the booking page) — opens in a new tab;
• the bare URL, with the Kopieer (copy) button next to it;
• a QR code with Scan of print voor aan de balie (scan or print for the front desk) underneath.

Where to put it

• on your website, as a button;
• in your Instagram and Facebook profile;
• in the signature under your emails;
• printed with the QR alongside, at the front desk or on the mirror.

The QR is redrawn on every page view, so it always points to your current address. A saved image would, after a domain change, silently keep pointing to the old address — so print afresh rather than reusing an old file.

Coming from Optios?

Almost half of the appointments used to come in there through the Optios booking link. That link has to be redirected to your own address at the moment you switch over, and not later. See From Optios to HairConnect.

Test it yourself

Go through your own booking page once from beginning to end, from service to confirmation, with a real email address. That is the only check that counts: you see straight away whether your prices, your texts, your opening hours and your emails are right.
