Services per staff member

Not everyone does everything, and not everyone does it equally fast. You set that out per staff member.
Where do I find this?
Salon → Medewerkers (staff), open the person, section Diensten (services) — it is collapsed.
Welke diensten deze medewerker doet, en hoe lang die bij hem of haar duren. Laat de duur leeg om de standaardduur van de dienst te gebruiken — een junior doet er vaak langer over.
Which services this staff member performs, and how long those take with him or her. Leave the duration empty to use the service's standard duration — a junior often takes longer.
Adding a service
Click Dienst toevoegen (add service). Per row:

Which duration wins
The duration on the staff member wins over the service's standard duration. If you leave the field empty, the service applies.
You notice this when scheduling: the Nieuwe afspraak (new appointment) window shows the service's standard duration — hence the ± sign next to the estimate — but the blocks HairConnect builds use this staff member's duration.
What you do not set here
The processing time can also differ per staff member in the database, but this form has no field for it. If you want to change a service's processing time, you do that on the service itself: Salon → Diensten, section Tijd (time).
Frequently asked questions
What if a staff member does not perform a service at all? Do not add it, or switch off the Actief checkbox on that row.
Does the adjusted duration also count towards the utilisation rate? Yes. Utilisation is calculated from the blocks as they stand in the calendar, and those are built with the effective duration.
