PaidOnce

PaidOnce is in ontwikkeling. — PaidOnce is under development. This is where your purchase invoices will appear, with what has already been paid and what is still open, so that nothing gets paid twice.
PaidOnce is not in the sidebar of the back office but appears as a tab of its own at the top, next to HairConnect. Anyone who has nothing to do with it sees none of it.
What is there today
Only the tab and who may open it. The screen itself is still empty: it holds no invoices yet, and no sample invoices either. What comes next will be described in this article once it exists.
Where do I find it?
At the top right of the bar, next to the help button, are the tabs HairConnect and PaidOnce. The tab you are on has a copper line underneath. The address is /paidonce.
You only see these tabs if you may open more than one. If you only have HairConnect, nothing changes for you.
Who may open it?
You set this on the staff member's record, under Team → Medewerkers → Wat ze mag (team → staff → what she may do), in the group Tabbladen (tabs):

What each role has by default, without ticking anything:

Anyone without PaidOnce does not see the tab — a manager neither. The owner can switch it on per person on the record.
A werklogin (counter login) — the account on the iPad at the counter — never gets into PaidOnce, even when it is switched on on the record: bank details will appear there, and that device is open to the whole team.
Giving someone only PaidOnce
On the record, switch PaidOnce on and HairConnect off. That person then lands straight in PaidOnce when logging in, even when starting from the usual login screen at /admin. The back office, the agenda and the till — in the app as well — stay closed to that account.
For someone who is not staff — an outside accountant — there is the role Boekhouder (accountant): it has only PaidOnce by default and needs no record. See Users and roles.
A business that only uses PaidOnce
A business that is not a hair salon can be on HairConnect just to use PaidOnce. There is then no HairConnect tab — no agenda, no till, no back office — and everyone who logs in lands straight in PaidOnce. The HairConnect administrator switches this on; the business itself has nothing to do.
