Still to be entered in Optios

Updated on 2026-10-02

Instellingen → Nog in Optios te zetten (Settings → Still to be entered in Optios). This screen only appears when there is something on the list, and only while you are running alongside Optios. If there is nothing, you do not see it.

Why it exists

HairConnect reads from Optios. It only puts an appointment into it when you switched on sending appointments across: then every appointment created here also goes to Optios within a few minutes, after HairConnect has checked that the time is still free there. How that works, and what else can go back to Optios — such as a selling price — is described under Zelf overstappen uit Optios (switching from Optios yourself). If it is switched off, HairConnect never puts an appointment into Optios, and this list is your safety net.

You notice the consequence as soon as you book an appointment here while still working with Optios: that appointment does not exist there. And your online booking page is still attached to Optios. So Optios sees a gap at that time and lets a customer book it. Two people then turn up at once for the same chair.

That is why HairConnect keeps track of what was created here and is not yet there.

Working through the list

Every row holds everything you need to type the appointment into Optios: day and time, the customer with their number, who they are coming to, and which services. If there is a note on the appointment, you see that too.

Enter the appointment in Optios and then click Staat in Optios (Is in Optios). The row disappears from the list.

It will not end up twice in your diary. At the next top-up round that same appointment comes back from Optios, and HairConnect recognises it by the customer and the time and attaches it to the one that was already here. If HairConnect is unsure — because two appointments sit at the same moment for the same customer, say — it attaches nothing and the case lands in the Opkuisvoorstellen (clean-up suggestions). Better a question than a silent mistake.

What ends up on the list

Yes Appointments created here that are still in the future
No Appointments that came from Optios — they are already there
No Appointments you cancelled
No Appointments from yesterday or earlier. The gap they had to fill is past

Once you have migrated for good and no longer work with Optios, the list stops existing by itself.

What not to do

Do not leave it until the end of the day. An appointment you booked this morning and only enter in the evening stays a free hour on your online booking page all day. Enter it as soon as you have a moment.
