My appointments

Two blocks: Upcoming appointments and Previous visits.

Per upcoming appointment: a date tile, the time, the services with a + between them, with Kris, and the price — if you have that setting switched on.

Underneath, a countdown — 3 days left to cancel — with the buttons Reschedule and Cancel.

On cancelling comes the question Cancel this appointment?, and after that Your appointment has been cancelled. Your client always gets a cancellation email; you see the appointment disappear from the calendar.

If the deadline has passed: You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Call or email the salon to sort this out.

If there is nothing yet: You have no appointment booked yet. with a button Book an appointment, and Your visit history will appear here.

Rescheduling

The page is called Reschedule and first shows the current Time and Service, then When suits you? with the same list of times as when booking, and ‹ Earlier / Later ›.

The search runs with the same services and the same staff member. A client therefore cannot switch stylists while rescheduling.

Afterwards: Your appointment has been moved.

My colour

Heading My colour history, and underneath it:

What went into your hair at every visit. Handy if you switch stylists or want to repeat a colour.

A timeline with, per visit, a colour swatch, the date, by Kris, a summary in plain language and colour chips. Collapsed sits Stylist's note — Exactly as your stylist wrote it down. — with your raw notation.

At the bottom: 12 colourings on record, and the honesty clause:

The swatches are an approximation, worked out from the level and tone in the note. The note itself stays the source.

If there is no colour code in the note, you read No colour code recorded, so no swatch. If there is nothing yet: No colour has been recorded yet.

Your client cannot change anything here. Colour formulas are noted down in the salon; see Colour formulas.

Purchases and receipts

Products you bought, and underneath it, per receipt, the number, the date, the lines and the Total, with, where available, a Download receipt button.

If there is nothing: There are no receipts in your name yet.

Gift cards

Per card the Balance in large type, with of € 50,00 and the code underneath, and Valid until 31/12/2027.

If there is nothing: You have no gift card outstanding.

The balance is read, never recalculated. Used-up and withdrawn cards stay in the list.
