1. The company behind HairConnect
HairConnect is the name of the software. The company that sells and invoices it is shown above.
Those are also the details that appear on your invoice. If you read something different elsewhere on this site or in a message, what is written here is the correct version.
2. How your invoice is produced
Your invoice is not created inside HairConnect. The subscription is passed to an invoicing service, which issues the invoice number, produces the PDF and the electronic invoice file, and determines the VAT treatment.
We keep a working copy of it so we know what has been charged. The document that counts is the one from the invoicing service.

Questions about your subscription, your invoice or your data: use the e-mail address or the phone number above.
Are you a customer of a salon that works with HairConnect? Then that salon is your point of contact, not us. The privacy statement explains exactly why.
4. About this site
This site is a stack of pre-built HTML files. No JavaScript is sent to your browser, no cookies are set and nothing is measured.
The typeface and the photographs sit on our own server, so opening a page makes your browser fetch nothing from a third party. The atmosphere photos come from Pexels; the photographers are credited at the foot of every page.
