The calendar, your clients and the till on the iPad at the desk and on your phone on the move. You sign in to your own salon: this is the hairdresser’s working screen, not a second booking app.
Get the app
For the iPad at the desk and for your phone on the move. You sign in to your own salon.
On the device
What the app does
The same salon as in the browser, plus the things only a device can do.
Processing time sits in the calendar
A colour is not a one-hour block. You work for thirty minutes, the colour develops for thirty minutes, and in that time you serve somebody else. The app shows that as two blocks: the processing time occupies the chair, not the hairdresser.
Works when the network does not
The day stays readable and usable without a connection. What you change meanwhile waits in a queue and goes out as soon as you have signal again — in order, and with a report of what happened.
Clock in with your own phone
You clock in and out on your own device, behind your own Face ID, by scanning the code on the salon screen. Nobody clocks in for somebody else. No biometric data reaches our servers: the app only asks your device whether it is you.
The client record in your hand
A client’s history and the colour formulas that belong to it, on the screen you are looking at anyway. Not a text box in which somebody once typed “same as last time”.
Take payment at the desk
The HairConnect till on the tablet, with the salon’s receipt printer and cash drawer attached. The receipt and the journal are the same as in the browser: there is one till, not two.
A notification when something changes
A new or changed booking arrives on the device that needs to see it: the tablet in the salon or the owner’s phone. Which device gets which notification is set per device.
What it looks like
Captures from the app itself, on an iPad. The salon on screen is a demo salon — hence the label in the top bar.
Four members of staff side by side, with the processing time hatched next to the appointment.Offline, with the queue and the report beside it. The calendar simply stays usable. On the home screen, among the rest.
What you need
An iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or newer.
Or an Android device running Android 8 or newer.
A HairConnect account. The app signs in to your salon; without a salon there is nothing to show.
What the app is not for
So that nobody installs it and then expects something else.
This is the app for the salon, not for your clients. They book on your own booking page in the browser — nobody has to install anything for that.
The app does not replace the back office. Settings, reports, stock and staff management happen on a larger screen.
There is another app in both stores that is also called HairConnect. It belongs to a different company and has nothing to do with this package. Check the publisher: it should read Fades Management LTD EOOD.
No salon in HairConnect yet?
The app signs in to your own salon. Set it up yourself and work in it for thirty days.
